SHIPPING

Scoliosy will ship your items within 2 weeks of order confirmation. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the shipping provider to process the shipment. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

As each Scoliosy piece is made to order, individually cut and sewn by hand, production and shipping times may vary. The availability of our materials, sourced from Italy, Japan, and around the world, may also affect the time required to complete your order.

We approach every garment with care and attention to detail rather than mass production. Please allow additional time for your piece to be crafted before shipment. Once your order is complete, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing for international orders.

For international orders, shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon arrival at the destination. All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

No Return Policy – Exchange for Sizing Available

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on any items. All sales are final, except in cases of special circumstances or quality issues.

If you need a different size, we offer exchanges for sizing.All exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email us at info@scoliosy.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for. We will assist you with the process.

We encourage you to review sizing details before placing an order, and feel free to contact us if you need assistance with selecting the right size.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the refund status, whether approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Scoliosy (the “Site”).
