SHIPPING

Scoliosy will ship your items within 2 weeks of order confirmation. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the shipping provider to process the shipment. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

For international orders, shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon arrival at the destination. All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 10 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email info@scoliosy.com, including your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is confirmed, we will provide detailed return instructions.

All return shipping fees, both domestic and international, are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide tracking information once the item has been shipped.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the refund status, whether approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
