4. Recipient Information, Customs Clearance and Undeliverable Shipments

4.1 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and customs information at the time of purchase. This includes, where applicable, the recipient’s full name, delivery address, valid local phone number, email address, tax or customs identification number (such as PCCC), and any other information required by the destination country or local carrier.

4.2 For international shipments, customers are also responsible for responding promptly to requests from SCOLIOSY, the shipping carrier, or local customs authorities when additional information is required for customs clearance or final delivery.

4.3 If an order cannot be delivered or cleared through customs due to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or mismatched recipient information provided by the customer, or because the customer fails to respond to customs or carrier requests within the required timeframe, SCOLIOSY cannot be held responsible for the resulting non-delivery.

4.4 This includes shipments that are returned to sender, abandoned, refused, confiscated, or destroyed by the carrier or local customs authorities as a result of missing or incorrect customer information or failure to complete the required clearance process.

4.5 In these circumstances, SCOLIOSY’s fulfillment obligation will be considered completed once the order has been correctly dispatched using the information provided by the customer. The order will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, store credit, or reimbursement of shipping costs if the parcel is subsequently abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise becomes unrecoverable for these reasons.

4.6 If a parcel is successfully returned to SCOLIOSY in resellable condition, we may, at our discretion, arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping, customs, duties, handling, or return costs associated with the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Expedited Shipping

5.1 When a customer requests or purchases expedited shipping, SCOLIOSY will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the order using the requested expedited service. However, expedited shipping does not override customs procedures or local carrier requirements.

5.2 SCOLIOSY cannot guarantee a requested delivery date or be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return, abandonment, or destruction caused by incorrect recipient information, customs clearance requirements, the recipient’s failure to respond to the carrier, or other circumstances outside SCOLIOSY’s control.

6. No Return Policy – Exchange for Sizing Available

6.1 We do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final, except in special circumstances or where an item has a quality issue.

6.2 If you require a different size, we offer exchanges for sizing. All exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

6.3 To request a size exchange, please email us at info@scoliosy.com and include your order number and the size you would like to receive. We will provide instructions and assist you with the exchange process.

6.4 We encourage customers to review all sizing information carefully before placing an order. Please contact us before ordering if you require assistance selecting the correct size.
